Director : Sonia Wray

 

Sonia is a highly experienced Sales professional with nearly 30 years in the Corporate IT industry and a wealth of experience and a high level of success in sales, management and in changing the way organisations do business. Her background includes executive leadership positions with local & international IT business’ including HP, Logica (now CSG) and Volante (Now NEC).   

 

Her career started as a teacher of Mathematics and Computing and developed into a sales career in IT, followed by a becoming leader in business transformation.  More recently Sonia has developed her personal businesses that align with her passion of helping others be super successful. 

 

Sonia has been fortunate enough to have experienced a wide variety of business models, and from this experience she is able to look at an organisations current business model and look for improvements.  She has held sales and leadership positions and understands first hand the challenges faced within business.

 

Sonia has also created, throughout her career, several small business and uses the same model, strategies and methodologies to assist large or mid-size organisations and boutique businesses.  She has written sales programs that can be adapted for a one on one mentoring/ coaching engagement or within a classroom style.
